Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
technicalities on warrent
warrent issued, item found, but the person lised as the reliable source stated on the warrent that he lived at the residence in question, which he did not..does this nullify the warrent making the search illegal...can this be thrown out on a technicality due to incorrect address listed?
