teen girl said rape
If a 15 year old girl throws herself on a grown man 24 years of age can he go to jail for rape. If she initiated sex in the first place and now she's trying to say he raped her.

Yes, you can. It is his word against hers. And it is likely that the jury would think a 24 year old man should not even be in the position of possibly having sex with a 15 year old girl. My suggestion is to get an attorney.
