Teen penalties
I am 17 years old have a bit of a rap sheet and I have also been charged with throwing an object at a moving vehicle.Do you know the penalties for teens?

Section 18.2-154 of the Code of Virginia criminalizes this activity as
either a Class 4 (2 to 10 years in the penitentiary and fine up to $100K)or Class 6 felony(1 to 5 years in pentitentiary or 12 months in local jail with fine up to $2500.)
There are apparently no special exemptions or lower penalties conferred by the offender being a teenager.
