what is the law on testifying against a boyfriend ?
can an under aged testify ?
can she plea the 5th or refuss to testify against her boyfrient ?

No law preventing it such as might apply between husband and wife, as far as I am aware.
No, she cannot plead the Fifth Amendment against self incrimination unless she might be involved somehow in the crime at issue or a related crime.
And, yes, minors can be required to testify.
