what do these things mean my son was arrested for stealing and is facing third degree felony and this was in his court information and would like to know in laymans terms what it all means: NOA, Written Plea of Not Guilty, Waiver of Arraignment, demand for discovery. Motion

All of these items listed have to do with matters/procedures involving your son's defense about which you/he should be asking the competent criminal defense counsel whom hopefully has been hired (or appointed) by now to represent
your son in this serious criminal matter which qualifies as
such by virtue of its being charged as a felony.
