threat over the phone
if i left a voicemail on someones phone saying ''dont ever hurt my girlfriend again or things wont be fun for you'' is that
a) admissable as evidence?
and
b) considered a threat?

Could be(admissible as evidence) and, quite possibly (considered a prosecutable threat).
