threatning phone calls
I have an individual calling my phone from a cell phone making treaths is that against any laws i live in the state of VA

Re: threatning phone calls
Making threats to kill or maim another person (or a member of such person's family) is illegal in the Commonwealth. Your phone company should be notified of the harassing calls.
