ticket for dog running at large

i received 2 tickets for my 2 dogs running at large. they got out of the gate and i didn't know it til animal control showed up. it shows as a misdemeanor on my recordand is stopping me from getting a job. how do i get it removed. i am a professional truck driver. i need this charge gone. i am not sure what area of law this falls under

Were you convicted? You need to consult an attorney about the possibility of expunging these records. I agree with you: the real crime is that this would prevent you from working. You also may need to explain the circumstances to potential employers.
