what time do i need to get to the courthouse if my arraignment is at 8 30?
what do i need to take with me?

8am should work. Probably, nothing for that stage of the case(for which your plea should be not guilty, even if later on you may change it to guilty).

Sometimes there are lines at the courthouse. You want to be in the courtroom on time.
In Fairfax you will probably be on first or second floor. Is that where you are going?
