have time in prison reduced
Have a friend sentenced to 9 years in virginia prison. He is charged with assault on family member, eluding police...Recently while in prison he has been diganosed with Attention Deficit Explosive Disorder. Is there any way to have his case come back to court to review to lower sentence due to this new finding..If you could please give me some insight on what to do if there is anything

If the sentence was recently imposed, your friend's attorney may be able to still file a motion for reconsideration.
