Travel Agency Emblezzment charges
I am 62 years old and never been in trouble with law. I had a travel agency and because of the econmic my business fail. I lost people money not to my own greed or profit but because of trying to keeping the business alive. I have been charged with emblezzlement 22 times (different persons- same case) $450.00 each person. How can I show the courts that I never frauded these people. And I do want to paid them back.
