Trespass and Green card
What class misdemeanor is Trespass in VA and what are the consequences if Non-immigrants are convicted of Trespass violation?
If convicted for trespass violation, will be there be any problems in green card processing? Please let me know. Me and my wife are facing trespass charges in Loudoun County.

Re: Trespass and Green card
Trespass is class 1 misdemeanor up to 12 months in jail or $2500. There could be green card problems if convicted and depending on length of any sentence.
