Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
trespassing dispostion
so i was driving down a dirt road next to the railroad track and was charged with trespassing i went to court and the judge said if i dont get in trouble in the 6 months then it will be dismissed and i dont even have to show up. but i am on the docket for oct 9th will it be dismissed and should i go and will it stay on my record.

Hard to say with the scarce information which you've provided. I'd say that you had better show up for court on the 9th and see if you can find the answers to your questions.
