trespassing and ressisting arrest charge no criminal history.......will be filing lawsuit cuz charges were wrongfully against me

Until the referenced criminal charges have been properly disposed of and the facts sufficiently investigated which led to their "papering", any civil lawsuit filed
by you regarding the matter would likely be most premature (in my opinion).
