trespassing
can anyone walk in a business and start taking pictures? My business has no signs indicating that I am even open. One of my competitors came in my building and walked around taking pictures.

Sure, the picture snapper can snap away once inside the building until a person of proper authority in the business tells him to leave.
Then he must go or, perhaps, face a charge of trespassing.
