Tresspassing at local Quarry
My son and his friend were sitting at a local quarry talking at nite when the local police gave them tickets for tresspassing does my son need an attorney he has never been in trouble with the law before.

Yes, assuming that he's been charged with the crime of trespassing as a Class 1 criminal misdemeanor offense and been issued a summons to appear in court.
