can i get in trouble for this ok well a while back my dads girlfrined gave my dad the money to pay my bills and they had a contract they wrote up them selfs not done by a lawyer and it said i had till the end of june of this year to pay it back it was like 690 dollars i agreed to pay them by that time either by comuity service or working on my dads girl frineds house or get a job and pay them well i could not find a job because the spot i was in i kept having to move so i could not put an address down for a job but now im getting ready to move to a perment house in colorodo where i will have a job and could start paing her back till that time can she have me arrested and thrown in jall or have a warrent issued for my arrest what will happen to me if i cant ay her by end of june i know i can pay her back once i move and get the job

It would be a crime (fraud) if you intended not to repay the money when you made the agreement. Otherwise it's a simple breach of contract case. Breaching a contract isn't a crime.

Of course, even if you intended to honor your agreement it might look like you didn't. You could end up being charged and even convicted despite being innocent. Without more information I can't even guess at how likely that is.
