Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Underage Alcohol Sale
I have been in the retail business for over 30 years and this is my first offense. I am sorry this happened. Being a first offense, how serious of consequences could this mean for me or how minor of consequences could this mean for me.

Better get an attorney to ensure that you escape from this charge with minimum consequences. (If this is your first offense, the attorney should be able to get you a so-called SIS[Suspended Imposition of Sentence]which should leave you without a record of conviction if you succcessfully complete your period of probation without further violations.)
