Is it legal to serve your own children alcohol in the home?

Re: underage drinking at home
No. The possession of alcohol by any person under the age of 21 is a crime. And procuring it for your child is Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Both crimes are misdemeanors and carry up to 12 months in jail.
