Underage Possession of Alcohol and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

Recently I was charged with underage possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor while seated in my motor vehicle. The minor has since had all charges dropped, however, I still face prosecution for the two charges. I am not really familiar with this case law and hope to plead down to a lesser charge or less severe punishment. This is my first trouble with the law.
