Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Underage Possession Of Alcohol.
What can or will happen to me, if I am 20 years old and I was charged with underage possession of alcohol. I have been in trouble before for a disorderly conduct, and I am on 2 years of good behavior for that, it's been one and a half years since that arrest. I have a 3 month old daughter and cannot go to jail, because I am the sole provider for her. What can and will happen to me when I go to court? Is there anything that I can do to not get jail time?

Re: Underage Possession Of Alcohol.
Yes, perhaps, hire an attorney to represent you not only in the underage possession matter, but, also, in the possible hearing to revoke your probationary status as a result of this recent charge which may shortly follow.
