underage possession of alcohol
I am 20 years old and i was charged with underage possession of alcohol, it was my first offense of anything ever... i was sitting inthe doorway of a friends apartment and i was not causing a scene or making any trouble at all when i was approached by the police. i had only had one beer and i was not even holding that beer, it was sitting beside me. the office wrote me the ticket after i completely complied to everything and completely respected him. as he was writing the ticket he was very rude to me and was putting words into my mouth assuming that i was going to make up lies about my consumption of the alcohol. after that he left without giving me back my liscense. i contacted the police and they said he was not allowed to keep it. Is there any way i can get out of this charge or lessen the consequences in any way? what would be my consequences considering that it was my first time offense of anything ever in my life.
