underage possession
my 15 year old son was charged with underage possession of alcohol, he had it on the school bus, he is also charged with giving it to 2 girls, what kind of sentence is he looking at...this is his first time geting into trouble with the law

Better get the boy a lawyer who knows something about representing juveniles in your local J&DR Court.
