Underground Party
Firstly, thanks in advance.
I am planning to throw an underground party involving high school and college kids and I was wondering what rights do I have if the party was broken up by the police? What could I possibly be arrested for and would the equipment be confiscated?

An underground party? Sounds like something that could possibly backfire on you in a multitude of ways.
Better rethink this idea again, yes, before the cops are hammering at your door, and you subsequently find yourself wearing steel bracelets, charged with multiple counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors, and who knows what else?
