Need Help Understanding And How To Help My Little Brother
I really need some help understanding how all this works.Ok here goes my lil brother is in jail. This is want happened. He stop by a friends house one afternoon on his way to work to put oil in his wifes van, well to make it short as soon as he walked in to thank them for the oil the cops rushed in and raided the house for drugs. He was told he could leave because they watched him and seen everything he did from the time he got there and they found nothing on him or in the van. Now a guy that was in the house said a key ring that had a small bottle attached to it was his(my Brothers) and he was charged with poss. of LSD and Methadone. I was in court last week with him and from everything i heard they cant prove it was his and the guy that said it was 14 1/2 months ago said he pleaded the 5th in court. Ok the judge made the statement that '' here you have a guy that has been in jail before and than you have officers who says it is his key ring'' and found him gulity. Now what i'm trying to find out is he is not on probation now but 14 1/2 months ago when all this happened he was and they charged him with probation violation also so can anyone give me a idea of how much time he might be looking at or what i could do to help him Thanks
