If you've had no violation of the terms of this probation, simply go
to the clerk's office of the criminal division of the court involved and explain
to one of the clerks that if your probation is still in effect, you want a hearing
scheduled on the matter to have it terminated. (They will likely need to check
the court's record to determine whether it may already have been terminated.)
