How does urinating in public affect probation? Will I be in violation of my probation for urinating in public? Is this something that they will send me back to jail for?

It might. The offense for which the commonwealth seeks to revoke probation need not be a crime. What happens depends on how many violations you've had. Is this your first? If so, then you might not get a lot of time back.
