Assuming Sec. 13-95 involves a local ordinance of the
jurisdiction in which you were charged, the penalties for
a conviction for this offense are likely the same as for the
state misdemeanor offense covering indecent exposure
found at Va. Criminal Code Sec. 18.2-387, which is classified
as a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction
by a jail term of up to 12 months, a fine of up to $2500, either or both.
