Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Va. Code 18.2-427
I was accused of calling ''sally'' and asking her to tell ''judy'' that I was going to hurt hurt.(untrue).
My question is, who would need to take out the warrant for it to be valid? Sally or Judy?

Either could allege the facts necessary for the criminal complaint(in my opinion).
