Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
why is VA expungement difficult
I plead guitly to a misdemeanor 4 yrs ago. I served no jail time, had no bail and had to pay restitution to the courts. I am a college graduate and can not get a job because of this. I have no prior criminal history. What else can I do?

Try for an expungement under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(F).
