Victim of virginia state crime
I was convicted for a crime never occured. I have the evidences now to prove my innocense what can i do now?

Not much, I would surmise, unless you could show some kind of major prosecutorial or other material misconduct in the manner in which the case was (mis)handled by the criminal justice system.
