Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a video of my ex girlfriend hitting me with her car. It happened in October of 2012 and it's now January 2013. I was wondering if I could still press charges for this and what charges would it carry?

department and see about getting a warrant against her for assault &
battery.
