Violating supervised probation
if you are on supervised probation and fail drug screening at docket call what will the sentence be.the reaon for probation was due to being found guilty of distributing a schedual 2 substance and stayed 2 yrs in jail and got 5 yrs supervised probation upon release which was in 2007

The judge, if feeling light-hearted and in a spring-like mood, might agree to give you another chance and to renew your probation with added conditions.
However, if his or her mood were of a darker stripe, you could be going back to jail.
Of course, the black robed one would also give due consideration to all of the other relevant facts and background information regarding your case which have not been disclosed in your question but which the judge would be judicially and ethically bound to consider before making either of the above referenced decisions.
