Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Virginia felony charges
I just plead out to a felony charge. In the five years how hard would it to have a violation of 18.2-474.1 get taken off if I have no priors before hand or commit anything afterwards?

Re: Virginia felony charges
Very hard, in fact impossible, unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and have received a pardon from the governor.
See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.
