Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i am from virginia i have not been in trouble sen 1996 that is the last time i been to court for misrepusatation lieing to weath fair i think i pay all back because they been take it from my taxies and job but no more so i dont know if i own any bady else been so many years i dont know i want an expumgement of my record i am out of work and it hard to get a job with this over me how can i get this plz help me i am one step from liveing on the street

Unfortunately, if you've been convicted of the crime you've referenced in your
question, it would not appear to be expungeable under current laws of the Commonwealth.
