Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Hello. I am from Virginia and I turned in a note that was not legit. I was worried and panicked about getting let go because I couldn't get a response from my doctor to update the note, and my FMLA ran out and I had no notification. I was wondering if I would be arrested for the fake note?
