If a felony conviction was set aside can you register to vote.

Yes, if the actual felony conviction was vacated, you should be able to vote, but you might want to check with the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth to determine whether you may still need to submit a petition to have your civil rights
officially restored under this particular circumstance.
