Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I went in walmart found a wallet at the check out kept it it had a license debit card and 242.00 in it. I gave the. Money back the cards were thrown in trash, never spent it had it the entire time. A police man came and found me told me it was a felony she said she wasn't pressing charges now she has. They said it is a felony and I could turn myself in in our county. I have never done anything wrong and I am scarred to death
