Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
my wife has been told about a case in my juvenile record from 5 years ago by a cps worker who is over her case. Can I press any kind of charge for this disclosure?

Without knowing whether your juvenile case record may have
some bearing on or relevance to your wife's case, it would be difficult to say (in my opinion).
