Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Will my brother In Law go to jail
He has 2 chardes of petty larceny, assualt & battery, unlicensed person driving his car, destruction of goverment property, and defrauding a gatekeeper. All of these charges were within 2 months of one another. The charges are for Fairfax county.

Your brother in law had best get himself an attorney(if he hasn't already done so), and then you can ask that person this question who should know better than any of us in this particular forum.
