Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

will this be in FBI record

hi

i got a reckless driving ticket in Virginia that was reduced to speeding in the court...

i was neither arrested nor finger printed

so, will this show up in my FBI record..?

but it shows in my Virginia local criminal report...

please suggest, as am going for my H1b stamping...

also ,looking for an attorney to purge this

Please suggest, what? (It should have no effect whatsoever on your H-1B stamping exercise--in my opinion).
