Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I will be 17 in about 2 months i am in foster are with my 2 kids and i dont want to be here with this family. If i run what kind of legal trouble would i get in ?

Run where? If you were to make such a foolhardy decision, you could end up with your children back in the custody of CPS (Child Protective Services) and placed in a new foster home and with you having only limited visitation rights (or, perhaps, none at all at least in the short term) due to your record of obvious unfitness to parent these children
in a responsible manner.
As to where you yourself might end up (Juvenile Hall?) after the authorities caught up with you and your kids after this most ill-advised run, I couldn't reliably say, but I doubt that it would be with your children.
