Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was wondering about how we could get our son on the home monitoring system. he was sentence to 5 years which his release date is 11/12/13. he is consider a level 1 but will have to register as a sex offender. so i was wondering what needs to be done of if he qualifies. thank you

You might want to check with the attorney who represented your son in
the criminal case, but I would doubt that he would qualify for home
monitoring at this stage of matters based upon the facts described.
