Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Wondering
If in Virginia you were caught driving after receiving a Habit Offender charge does that constitute get a felony charge can this be overlooked,in reference to getting your rights back like voting,serving on the jury,hold public office,and becoming a notary public and filling out proper paper work for the Gover to review.

If it's a felony, the defendant can still apply for a restoration of rights (to include the items which you mentioned) three years or so after the date of conviction. You should be able to find a link on the Virginia Government website to take you to the site to download the application forms with instructions for the restoration of rights.
