Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

wrong social security number on summons

I was arrested for Drunk in public in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and on my summons, they put my wrong social security number on the summons. All my other information was correct except this. Can I contest this in court and get the charge dropped for a technicality?

Re: wrong social security number on summons

Sure, you could "contest this in court", meaning the wrong social security number, but that would not be the technicality you're apparently seeking that would be a basis for dismissal of the charge.
