Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Yesterday I was informed that I was going to have charges pressed against me for posting that I wanted to fight someone, on a social networking site. I did not mention a name or any identifying information regarding who I could possibly be talking about. However, a person does wish to press charges. Do they have a case?

Tell this whomever to press away. (And, as a side note, you might also want to mention to this person that you may have his or her respective rear end in a sling, legally speaking, for malicious prosecution and/or other appropriate charges.)
