Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
When is young too young?
What was the state law for VA concerning sexual intercourse with a girl 17 years of age and a guy in his early 20--name removed--in the year 2003? And what is the statute of limitations for this offense? I read other answers and one says 18 and another one says 15. Thank you.
