Do I have a ''False Job Description'' case if I was hired as HR Director with 2 assistants to complete the job, But I was told the company wouldn't hire 2 assistants, therefore leaving me with job duties that significantly called for assistance. Such as payroll and HR Asst

"False Job Description" case? I know of no such cause of action in the Commonwealth, and unless you were hired pursuant to a contract of employment which now may have been allegedly breached by your employer, I'd say you're likely without viable recourse for the situaion described.
