Harrassment

ALready know I m target of ''getting her out she's too old '' mentality assistant manaer is- micro-manager of the worse kind - manager and assist - husband and wife team - no recourse - if we go to assit manager - she runs to manager (husband) - he tells us to change - he is not changing her'' - our chain of command is non-existent - now they are carrying tape recorders and telling our 3-11 shift employees not to listen to anything we (7-3 shift) have to say and do not ask us any questions???Where do we go?

Assuming that you have no contract or collective bargaining type of agreement to protect you from arbitrary actions on the part of your employer,

I believe that you are without a remedy other than to look for other work.
