Passed Over for Promotion

I have been with this company for 2 years, a postion for assistant manger came open, an the supervior turned it down an I was next in line.They hired 2 women an made 1 of them the assistant manager, who doesn't know anything about the business, She worked at Dairy Queen as a cashier.Can I do anything

Who would know whether you can do anything without knowing more facts, and, in particular, what kind of discrimination are you alleging that you are the victim of?
